Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available. The cost is calculated individually by country and address, usually in the EUR 15-36 range. Every parcel ships with tracking and insurance.
Payment
After you send a request, our manager confirms availability, timing and shipping, then sends the current payment details. All amounts are confirmed in writing before dispatch.
Returns & guarantee
Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Custom pieces made to your specifications are not returnable for change of mind, but the quality and authenticity guarantee applies in full.
Privacy (GDPR)
We use your data only to process the request, contact you, arrange delivery and meet legal obligations. We do not sell data or share it beyond services needed for the order and shipping.
