Shipping, payment & terms

Shipping

Worldwide shipping. The cost is calculated at checkout based on your country — on average €15 to €36. Every parcel is tracked and insured. We dispatch on Mondays and Thursdays.

Payment

Card payment via the secure Stripe gateway (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Prices are shown in euros (€).

Returns

14 days to return. If a piece is not right, write to us and we will cover return shipping. Made-to-order items and sold collector pieces are non-returnable.

Privacy (GDPR)

We process your data only to fulfil your order and delivery. We never share it beyond the carrier and the payment provider. The full policy will appear in the final site.
