Delivery guarantee

Every parcel is shipped with a tracking number. We guarantee that you receive your order: if the parcel is lost or fails to arrive through our fault or the carrier's, we re-ship the item or refund the full amount.

Authenticity & quality guarantee

We stand behind the authenticity of the stated material and the quality of the handwork. If a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match its description, message us — we will replace, repair or refund it.

Return conditions

• Request window — 14 days from receiving the parcel.
• The piece must be in its original condition, with no signs of use or damage.
• Because almost every piece is one of one, an exchange is arranged individually.
• Custom (commissioned) pieces are not returnable for a change of mind, but the quality and authenticity guarantee applies to them in full.

Refund timeframe

Once a return is agreed and the item received (if required), funds are returned via the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days.
