If you want custom beads made from your own sketch, photo, example or a unique idea, send a request through the site form.

After we receive your request, the administrator will contact you to discuss the project details, materials, production time and price.

You can also contact the administrator directly and describe your desired order in detail. This lets us discuss every nuance faster and start on your project sooner.

About prepayment

A custom order requires a small prepayment (usually 20–30%) so the master can begin. The balance is paid once the piece is ready, before dispatch. All amounts and payment methods are confirmed in advance.

Custom order questions

Can I order from the number of a sold piece?

Yes. Add the number to the form as a reference. We will discuss a close model, material, dimensions and character, but an exact copy of a one-of-a-kind piece is not guaranteed.

What determines the price of custom worry beads?

Price depends on material, model, dimensions, machining complexity, inlays and maker. The final amount is confirmed after the request and material availability are agreed.

Do I need to pay immediately?

No. Our manager first contacts you to confirm every parameter, timing, delivery and payment terms. Sending the form does not commit you to a purchase.

Can an order be shipped to another country?

Yes. We ship worldwide with tracking. Eligibility to ship specific regulated materials is checked before an order is confirmed.
