Cushions in Samurai billiard ball — handmade, one of a kind, no. 355.
As befits professional balls, the material was made to endure constant impact without chipping or cracking, so it is dense, hard, and uniform, with rich, often deep and vivid colors inherited from the source balls. Read more about the material on the “Samurai billiard ball” page.
Carvers favour this cut because it offers two characters at once — the flats catch and return light in even highlights, while the rounded edges stay smooth in the fingers and never bite the skin during a long roll.
Handmade by Sergey (Dzhentelmen Chetki). The only one of its kind. Overall length 22 cm, weight 55 g. This piece is sold; we can craft a similar one to order.
