Aramith phenolic resin was engineered to withstand years of heavy impact without chipping or cracking, so the material is exceptionally dense, hard, and uniform. We cover the “Aramith bowling ball” material separately.
The form shows best on dense, uniform, well-polished materials — mammoth ivory, black ebony, dark horn and tight stone — where each of the six facets holds a flawlessly clean line.
Handmade by Aleksey (Chetkodeel). Made once and never repeated. Overall length 21.5 cm, weight 40 g. This piece is sold; we can craft a similar one to order.
