In its properties it is close to micarta but denser and more uniform: a thermoplastic composite that does not absorb moisture at all and is unbothered by water, sweat, household chemicals, and temperature swings. More on the material’s properties in the “juma” section.
The sound when they pour is collected and low, with a pleasant woody or bone-like click rather than the ring of round grains.
Handmade by Valentin (V.S.). Made once and never repeated. Overall length 22 cm, weight 37 g. This piece is sold; we can craft a similar one to order.
