The maker turns each bead by hand, preserving the natural grain and sometimes leaving traces of ancient patina on the surface as time's signature. We cover the “mammoth ivory” material separately.
The form is best revealed on dense, uniform materials with real texture — stabilised mammoth ivory, ebony, dark horn and tight stone fruit pits — where each facet holds a clean line and polishes a beautiful patina.
Handmade by BAGA (Sergey Corsica). The only one of its kind. Overall length 22 cm, weight 45.6 g. This piece is sold; we can craft a similar one to order.
