Mini-mosaic in German colored ebonite — handmade, one of a kind, no. 148.
Care is minimal: wipe with a soft cloth and occasionally a little wax to preserve the depth of color. We cover the “German colored ebonite” material separately.
The form shows best on contrasting, dense, fine-grained materials — mammoth ivory with ebony and horn, amber, coloured stone — where even on a tiny bead the material boundaries stay clean and the pattern never blurs.
Handmade by Valentin (V.S.). The only one of its kind. Overall length 22.8 cm, weight 36 g. This piece is sold; we can craft a similar one to order.
