The material turns into a dense, perfectly smooth surface and polishes to a deep, "glassy" mirror shine that lasts for years. We cover the “Aramith billiard ball” material separately.
Carpet is a string with a richly worked surface covered edge to edge in pattern: the grains are carved or composed so densely that the whole cord reads as a single ornamental cloth, with no empty smooth stretches.
Handmade by Nikolay. It cannot be reproduced exactly. Overall length 22.3 cm, weight 60.5 g. This piece is sold; we can craft a similar one to order.
