Aramith phenolic resin is all but wear-proof, does not fade, and shrugs off moisture and sweat, so patina is minimal and the look stays pristine; care comes down to a wipe with a cloth and an occasional light polish. More on the material’s properties in the “Aramith billiard ball” section.
When the form is reduced to a pure sphere, everything rests on the material: the slightest unevenness of grain, any imprecision in sizing or weak polish shows at once.
Handmade by Sergey (Dzhentelmen Chetki). Made once and never repeated. Overall length 22.3 cm, weight 42 g. This piece is sold; we can craft a similar one to order.
