Hexagonal pogon in Aramith billiard ball — handmade, one of a kind, no. 510.
Aramith phenolic resin is all but wear-proof, does not fade, and shrugs off moisture and sweat, so patina is minimal and the look stays pristine; care comes down to a wipe with a cloth and an occasional light polish. We cover the “Aramith billiard ball” material separately.
The form shows best on dense, uniform, well-polished materials — mammoth ivory, black ebony, dark horn and tight stone — where each of the six facets holds a flawlessly clean line.
Handmade by Ando (Chetki Guys). It cannot be reproduced exactly. Overall length 22 cm, weight 53 g. This piece is sold; we can craft a similar one to order.
