Mosaic in juma — handmade, one of a kind, no. 697.
In its properties it is close to micarta but denser and more uniform: a thermoplastic composite that does not absorb moisture at all and is unbothered by water, sweat, household chemicals, and temperature swings. We cover the “juma” material separately.
Assembly demands jeweller's precision: the seams must be invisible and the materials close in density, or the bead will delaminate under handling.
