The material is tough, unbothered by moisture and sweat, resists cracking and impact, and holds an edge. We cover the “micarta” material separately.
Carvers favour this cut because it offers two characters at once — the flats catch and return light in even highlights, while the rounded edges stay smooth in the fingers and never bite the skin during a long roll.
Handmade by Ando (Chetki Guys). It cannot be reproduced exactly. Overall length 22 cm, weight 32 g. This piece is sold; we can craft a similar one to order.
